StayAwhile Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here's how cancellations work:
Full Refund
Cancel at least 14 days before check-in
75% Refund
Cancel 10–13 days before check-in
50% Refund
Cancel 3–9 days before check-in
No Refund
Cancel within 3 days of check-in

We require written confirmation for all cancellations and don't accept cancellations by phone.
Modifying Your Reservation
Need to change your dates instead of canceling? Reach out as soon as possible — changes are subject to availability, and the refund tiers above still apply if a change isn't possible. Some non-refundable fees may apply even when a modification is approved.
